Veterinary Cardiac Imaging (VCI)

Gordon Vet Hospital utilises the services of an independent business, Veterinary Cardiac Imaging (VCI), to provide specialist level services where diagnostics and treatment of heart disease is required. VCI provide specialist ultrasounds of the heart and help with case management if heart disease is suspected in your pet.

If you have made a booking for a heart scan with VCI please note their cancellation policy below:

• Pet owners that cancel/reschedule within 2 business days of a booking will need to leave a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for future bookings. Please note this does not apply for bookings made within 2 days of an appointment.
• Pet owners who cancel or reschedule twice must pre-pay the full amount prior to a third booking. Deposits must be paid within 5 days or the booking will be automatically cancelled.
