Guide Dogs NSW

Did you know Gordon Vet Hospital has the honour of being a local vet for Guide Dogs NSW? For the last 2 years we have been helping the many carers that live near in and near Gordon when they have an emergency with a guide dog puppy or can’t get out to Glossodia, where Guide Dogs have a dedicated clinic.
It is such an amazing experience for all of us at Gordon Vet Hospital and we are so grateful for the opportunity. Here are some of snaps of the gorgeous pups and one mum that have passed through on their way to become helpers of those in need.

Guide Dogs don’t just fall from the sky! There is a carefully controlled breeding group that are have litters that all have names starting with the same letter depending on the time of year they were born!

Amazingly loyal and quick learners – Guide Dogs are bred from the best of the best!
