Joey’s Christmas Message
By Scott Lackenby | Dated December 18, 2014
Hi everyone! Sorry for the late post but we have been super busy getting ready for Christmas. I’ve been busy helping get the Cattery ready for all of the cat boarding over Christmas. There is no room for Christmas but I still have vacancy for over New Years. If your cat is boarding with us, they will need to be up to date with their vaccination and their flea and worm prevention. If you aren’t sure about this, please call us to discuss.
We will also have slightly different opening hours for some of the Christmas and New Years period. Our opening hours will be as follows:
Christmas Eve 7am – 6pm
Christmas Day 9am – 10am and then 4pm – 5pm. We are open for emergencies only. You cannot pick up or drop off your pet for boarding on Christmas day.
Boxing Day 9am – 3pm. Boarding animals can only be picked up/dropped off by 1pm.
Saturday 27/12 7:30am – 5pm
Sunday 28/12 9am – 3pm. Boarders must be picked up/dropped off by 1pm.
New Years Eve 7am – 6pm
New Years Day 9am – 3pm. Again, Boarders must be picked up/dropped off by 1pm.
While I’m getting the official stuff out of the way, don’t forget that put good friends at Northside Emergency Veterinary Service will be at their new location on Mona Vale Rd from tonight. They will be open 24 hours on the public holidays should you need a Vet outside of our opening hours.
Now that all of the official stuff is out of the way, I would like to thank you all for the amazing support you have given all of us at GVH this year. We really do have the most amazing clients in the whole world. It’s been a big year for us with some big staff changes, and while we are sad to see old faces go, we love welcoming new ones. I’m super excited about 2015 and have already started working on my first Pet of the Week.
Well, I’m a tired Pymble Vet clinic cat, so I am off to bed. Tomorrow is shaping up to be another busy day. In case I don’t see you, I hope you all have an very Merry Christmas. Meows for now, love Joey xoxo
