Gordon Vet Hospital Wins The 2017 Hornsby Local Business Award For Outstanding Pet Care!

Gordon Veterinary Hospital attended the Hornsby Local Business Awards on Wednesday, October 25th at the Hornsby RSL club and were the ecstatic winners of the category “Outstanding Pet Care”. There were approximately 420 guests seated for an evening of fine food and entertainment with many local businesses competing in various categories. We felt privileged to be part of a wonderful bunch of people and humbled to receive the award in our category.

We wanted to thank all of our clients who nominated our business. We were placed as a finalist with 6 other vet clinics and 2 pet care businesses. The final judging process involved a written submission from us and a mystery shopper visit or phone call. The judges look for value for money, excellent customer service, clear presentation of products/services and an informative and an interesting online presence.

At Gordon Vet we pride ourselves on the fact we are an independent, family owned practice providing top quality veterinary healthcare to the north shore in an industry that is becoming increasingly corporatised. Our team works hard each day to make sure that clients understand the needs of their pet and how to help them recover from illness and keep them healthy. We have staff that have been with the hospital for many years who try to go above and beyond in providing an exceptional customer service experience.
